White gold ring with rose cut diamonds

Antique white gold ring was designed for clients heirloom piece. This was a very old white and yellow gold earring with rose cut diamonds. It was treated as a single stone, and the ring designed around it. Clients loose rose cut diamonds were added, and leaf motif engraving was added as a decorative element.
