About Us
I had been a jeweler for about 10 years when a sweet little old lady showed me a Huguenot Cross, and asked if I could make one for her granddaughter. I had never seen one before, but I proceeded to make one, and she was delighted with it. Later she put me in touch with the Huguenot Society of South Carolina. I started making crosses for them, and my Huguenot Cross business began. Since then, I have made thousands of crosses of many different designs, and ship them to Huguenot Descendants all over the world.
Of course, I became curious about my own family history, and after much research and a lot of help from the great folks at the Huguenot Society of South Carolina, I discovered that I have Huguenot Ancestors too! Isn't God amazing!
Since that time I have been blessed to craft heirloom creations of all types from Historical Society pins, to family crest jewelry, and many other pieces of personal religious and historical significance.
It has been more than 30 years since a sweet little old lady first asked me to make a Huguenot Cross for her granddaughter. Handcrafting unique jewelry has always been a joy of mine, and it's extra special when I can use my craft to create special gifts that bring generations together through this important symbol of shared heritage.
