Chuck's pin turned out nicer than I thought, and the customer service was great. I bent something on the pin (my fault), and Chuck replaced it at no cost. Great guy and great product. I will be purchasing from him again in the future.

I wear professional clothing frequently. I am always looking for unique ways to make my appearance unique. So being mostly a bow-tie man, I ordered the lapel pin as a way of honoring my heritage. I was extremely pleased with how it balanced two things: 1. Providing a conversation starter that people notice. 2. Being small and subtle enough that it doesn't overwhelm the rest of your outfit. It worked perfectly.
